UK orders ship within 1–2 working days and arrive in 2–4 days via tracked delivery. Worldwide orders take 7–14 days depending on destination — tracked and signed for. You'll get a tracking link as soon as it leaves us.

Yes — we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free UK delivery on orders over £75.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, drop us a line within 2 hours of placing it and we'll do our best. Once it's packed and out the door we can't recall it — but you can return it (see returns).

30 days from delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached. We'll refund to your original payment method within 5 working days of receiving the return.

UK customers get a free returns label included with every order. International customers cover return shipping — we recommend using a tracked service.

Yes — return the original and we'll fast-track the replacement once it's back with us. Mention the size you need in the returns note and we'll have it ready to ship.

Our pieces fit true to size with a touch of room for layering. The size guide on each product page has chest, waist, and length measurements — measure a similar item you already own to compare.

For a relaxed fit, size up. For a closer fit, size down. Our waterproofs are cut with layering room already, so you can stick to your normal size for those.

Properly waterproof — taped seams, sealed zips, and a hydrostatic head rating of 10,000mm minimum. Built for sitting in the rain for hours, not just dodging a shower.

Cold wash, no fabric softener, hang dry. For waterproofs: wash with a technical detergent (Nikwax Tech Wash is our go-to) and reproof every 10–15 washes to keep the water-repellent finish working.

12 months against manufacturing defects. If something fails because of how it was made (not how it was used), we'll repair, replace, or refund. Wear and tear from actual fishing isn't covered — that's a badge of honour.
